With a bulk density of 3.88 g/cm³ and a Rockwell hardness (HRA) rating of 88.8, it is engineered for durability in the most demanding environments. It also boasts a flexural strength of 247 MPa and a fracture toughness of 4.45 MPa·m/, making it a highly reliable solution for heavy-duty applications. Designed for use in material conveying equipment, this ceramic product is well-suited to industries such as power generation, mining, cement production, steel manufacturing, and petrochemicals. It effectively withstands abrasion, impact, and extreme temperatures of up to 1250°C. Available in a variety of customizable sizes including standard options like 50-50-10 mm and 150-150-15 mm the product features an arched self-embedding design that ensures secure and stable installation.
