What is EximNext Escrow and how does it protect me?

EximNext Escrow is a secure payment holding service. The buyer deposits funds into a neutral escrow account managed by EximNext. Funds are only released to the supplier after the buyer confirms goods received match the order. If there's a dispute, our mediation team steps in. Both parties are protected — buyers don't lose money on non-delivery, and suppliers are guaranteed payment upon fulfillment.

How do I qualify for Trade Credit (buy now, pay later)?

Trade Credit is available to verified buyers with a Trust Score of 600+ and at least 3 completed transactions on EximNext. We assess your payment history, business verification documents, and platform activity. Approved buyers can access Net 30, 60, or 90 day terms with credit limits starting from $5,000 up to $500,000 depending on history.

What currencies and countries are supported?

EximNext trade finance supports transactions in USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, INR, AED, and 25+ other currencies. We facilitate payments across 200+ countries. Currency conversion is handled at competitive interbank rates with full transparency — no hidden FX markups.

How long does it take to set up a Letter of Credit?

Through our partner banks, L/C issuance typically takes 3–5 business days for standard confirmed L/Cs. For pre-approved buyers on EximNext, we can expedite to 1–2 business days. The process is digitized — upload documents, select terms, and our partner bank handles the rest.

What happens if there's a dispute during an escrow transaction?

If the buyer raises a dispute within the inspection window (default 5 business days after delivery), our Dispute Resolution team reviews evidence from both parties — shipping documents, photos, quality reports. Resolution typically takes 3–7 business days. If goods are defective, the buyer receives a full or partial refund. If the claim is unfounded, funds are released to the supplier.

Are there minimum or maximum transaction limits?

EximNext Escrow: minimum $500, maximum $2,000,000 per transaction. Letter of Credit: minimum $10,000, no upper limit (subject to partner bank approval). Trade Credit: $1,000 – $500,000 depending on credit assessment. Milestone Payments: minimum $5,000 per order. Higher limits available for Gold and Premium tier members.
